ok : I didn't get you meant "another (Zap) call comes in" ...
It seems obvious now

That's fine : then, it seems you've found a way to reproduce the "cause 34"
bug !!
That's great news !!
I will try, this WE, to check with running installations but I won't be able
to easily originate outbound calls there.
