Well, it seems that I managed to miss some patches. Not sure exactly
why, but this was a good reason to switch to the "bristuff" branch of
the libpri repository:

(hmm,... I have no idea why it is empty. maybe try the original URL?)

Another point I'd like to get some feedback on: anybody actually uses
any of the other stuff in bristuff besides chan_dahdi? e.g.: all of
those SIP fixes. If anybody wants any extra feature that is not
included, please either send me a patch or work with me to define what
exactly is needed.
