[Bristuff-users] "Cause 34" on free channel

We got recently (last month) the same type of "cause 34 - Circuit/channel
congestion" on dialing out (nothing on incoming calls).

It turned out to come from one Telco line which had "electrical problems".
Our Telco could at once notice those issues when alerted.
Before that, we could see by ourselves that one of the 3 lines didn't behave
as it should (its light remainded turned off)
