hello, all of users:
i have a customer who are using B400P HFC-4s in Japan facing the problem. the problem is as he describe as bellow:
"all my ports in TE mode. As for the card falling to sleep, he is what I have noticed and this is going on 2 weeks. Sat//Sun - when the link falls, no matter what I do, the link will not come up. i thought maybe a cron job was running that was disrupting the card, check everything. no cron job found. I have rebooted / removed the card / reboot / put the card reboot and the line still won't come up.
Mon/tues - some time during the night, the link is lost, it won't come back until 9:30 my time. During the down time, no matter what I do the link wont come back up.
Wed/Thu/Fri - I have no issues, what so ever, the card and system work as it should.

All this started just in the past 40 days.

Have talked to the ISDN provider to check to see if anything has changed on their end, nothing.
Have reinstall everything, same problem.

from my understanding. the qozap controls layer 1 and asterisk controls layer 2/3
how can I trouble shoot layer 1. From the first email, this seems to be the issue. qozap at times has problems with re-establishing the connect. "
that's problem from him. the other problem regards 0120XXXXXX (japan free dial). anyone try to use qozap card to call that number? please give a hint.
thanks
James.zhu
